We’re located at number 5, 4th B Cross, right off 10 Main in Nandanam Colony. It’s near the Horamavu Main Rd in Banaswadi. The area has really grown lately. Our office is a simple setup. It’s where we spend our days looking through resumes and talking to people about their careers. It’s not always easy, matching people to jobs, but it’s what we do. The office has a few desks and some files that always seem to be piling up. We try to keep things organized, but on busy Mondays, it gets a bit chaotic. There’s a small window that looks out onto the street, and we often see the same neighbors walking their dogs or heading to the shops. It’s a very local vibe. We aren't some massive HR firm with a fancy lobby. People come in, sit down on the plastic chairs, and we have a chat. We listen to what they want and try to find something that fits. Sometimes we’re on the phone for hours. It gets tiring, but when someone actually gets the job, it feels alright. Banaswadi is a good spot for us, easy enough for people to reach. We don’t have a dress code or anything. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable. It’s just us here, working through the daily list of names and companies, trying to help out where we can.
