Executive Paying Guest

We run a place for people to stay at 387 JP Nagar on S P Road. It’s in the Surabia Suthen area and we are quite close to Mandovi Motors. If you find the car dealership, you’re basically there. We’ve been hosting guests for a few years now. Most of the people who stay with us are working nearby or studying. It’s not a hotel, just a simple place to sleep and have a meal. We keep the rooms as clean as we can, though with so many people coming and going, there’s always something to mop or fix. The kitchen is usually a busy spot in the mornings when everyone is trying to get breakfast before heading out. We serve standard home-style food because that’s what people usually want after a long day. The building is tucked away from the main noise of the road, so it’s relatively quiet at night. We don’t have a fancy website or a concierge. Usually, someone just rings the bell or calls us to see if a bed is free. It’s a bit of a communal way of living, sharing the space and the common areas. We just try to make sure everyone follows the basic rules so things don't get too chaotic. The Mandovi Motors nearby is a good landmark because the street signs around here aren't always clear. We spend our weekends mostly catching up on laundry and deeper cleaning. It’s a lot of work.
