Executive In 24/7 Customer

We are located over at 143/A Second Main Road, right by the Chennaraya Swamy Temple Street in Varthur. Bangalore-560087 is our home base. As our name suggests, we are pretty much around all the time because the 24/7 nature of customer work does not really stop for anyone. The office is in a busy part of Varthur, and the temple nearby is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. It is often quite noisy outside with the bells and the traffic, but inside we are focused on the headsets and the computer screens. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do. We have shifts coming and going at all hours, so there is always someone in the breakroom heating up food or drinking tea to stay awake. The desks are a bit crowded, and there are wires everywhere, which is pretty typical for this kind of setup. We do not have any big corporate manifestos on the walls. Mostly just some calendars and notes about the shift schedules for the month. Everyone knows everyone else’s coffee order by now. It is a grind, but we have a good group of people who make it through the night shifts together. Sometimes we just sit and talk during the quiet hours when the phones are not ringing as much. It is just a regular workplace trying to keep things running for the people who call in.
