Executive - Hr

We are located at Stella Maris Hostel, which is a bit of a landmark around G.D. Park Extension. Our address is number 23 in the Vaiyalikaval area. It’s a pretty traditional part of Bangalore, so things feel a bit more old-school here compared to the newer tech hubs. As Executive - Hr, our work happens in a space that is quite modest. It’s not the kind of office where you’ll find designer furniture or high-tech gadgets everywhere. We have the basics covered. The building has a lot of character and you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. We spend a lot of time managing paperwork and talking to people who come through. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot going on, but we make it work. The layout is a bit odd because it’s part of a hostel, but that’s just how it is. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is. It is just a functional room where we handle our responsibilities. There’s a tea shop nearby that we frequent, and the walk through Vaiyalikaval is actually quite nice when it’s not raining. We just show up, sit at our desks, and deal with whatever the day brings. It’s a straightforward setup for people who just want to get their job done without any unnecessary corporate layers or fancy talk. It’s a real place for real work.
