Executive Hr operates out of a small office in Madiwala Extension, Bangalore. The address is 402/8, 15th Main, 13th Cross, in the Venkateswara Layout. Madiwala is a very busy area, especially with all the buses coming in and out, but our little corner in the layout is slightly tucked away. The office is on the 15th Main, which gets a lot of people walking by. It’s not a huge place, just a couple of rooms where we handle all the paperwork and interviews. We have some basic chairs for people to sit in while they wait, and the walls are mostly covered with notices and maps of the city. We spend our days looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. It’s a lot of phone calls and sorting through files. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when we have several people in at once, but we manage just fine. There’s a small balcony where we can step out and see what's happening on the street below. The traffic noise is always there, but it becomes like background music after a while. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a polished reception area. It’s just us doing the daily work of matching people with jobs. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now, and we know the local shops and where to get the best coffee on the block. It’s just a regular office life here and we stay busy. That's the way it is.
