Execuitve Search Firm

Our office for the Executive Search Firm is on the 4th Floor at FR 2, 18 A Main in HAL II Stage, Indira Nagar. If you know Bangalore, you know Indira Nagar is a very busy and popular place. Being on the 4th floor means we are a bit away from the noise of the street, though you can still hear the traffic when the windows are open. We spend our time searching for people to fill important roles in various companies. It is a lot of research and reaching out to people who might not even be looking for a new job yet. The office is functional and has everything we need to get through the day. We have a small pantry for making coffee and a few meeting rooms where we talk to candidates. Climbing up to the 4th floor is a bit of a workout if the lift is acting up, which happens from time to time. We like being in this part of the city because everything is so close by. There are plenty of places to grab a quick lunch nearby. Our team is a mix of people who have been doing this for years and some newer faces. We don't try to sound like a giant multinational; we are just a focused group of people trying to do a good job from our office in HAL II Stage. It is steady work and keeps us very busy.
