This building on Gyan Mandir Road has been around for some time. We are over here in Benniganahalli at number 14. It’s a place where people come to get their work done. We have desks and rooms set up for different companies. It’s not a complicated setup. We just make sure the lights are on and the internet is working for everyone who uses the space. It gets pretty quiet during the day when everyone is focused. We stay on top of the maintenance and try to keep things organized. You’ll find us right near the main road, so it’s easy to get to. We aren't a big corporate office with hundreds of layers. It’s just us running the place and making sure the tenants have what they need. Sometimes we have to fix a leak or move some furniture around, but that’s part of the day. People come and go at all hours depending on their schedules. We just provide the space and let them do their own thing. It works out well for everyone involved. Being in 560016 means we see a lot of local professionals. We like how it feels here. It’s practical and functional without any unnecessary extras. We just keep the doors open and stay busy. The walls are a bit plain, but that's fine because it helps people focus on their tasks. We check the water coolers and make sure there’s enough paper in the printers. It’s the small stuff that keeps the day moving. We just keep it useful.
