Evershine Departmental

We are over here at number 304/1 on 8th Cross in Malleswaram. If you know Bangalore, you know how Sampige Road gets. It is always crowded with people walking and cars honking. Our shop is right opposite Asha Sweets, so we see people coming and going with those yellow bags all day long. It is a busy spot. We started this departmental store because the area needed a place where you could just grab stuff without a fuss. It isn't a fancy supermarket with bright lights and loud music. It is just a regular shop with shelves and things people use every day. We open up early, usually before the traffic really starts to build up on the main road. The morning air in Malleswaram is still a bit nice then. Throughout the day, we have neighbors dropping in for a few things. Some people we have known for years. They come in, get what they need, and we chat for a minute about the weather or the state of the road outside. The 560003 area has changed a lot, but this corner feels pretty much the same. We spend a lot of time just restocking and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes we get the inventory wrong or the delivery is late, but we manage. It is a simple life running a store here. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just us.
