Events Guru

Our office is located over in Frazer Town, tucked away in the Ranka De Paradise building on Wheelers Road. We are up on the fourth floor, in unit 402 of the A block. It’s a nice enough building, though the elevator can be a bit slow when everyone is coming and going at the same time. Being right near Thoms Bakery is both a blessing and a curse because we end up going there for snacks way too often. Our work revolves around planning events, which means the office is usually buried under floor plans, color swatches, and thick folders of vendor contacts. It’s not a typical corporate environment; it feels more like a busy workshop where we are constantly on the phone trying to get things lined up for the next weekend. We have a small team, and we all sit around a couple of big desks that are always cluttered with notes and coffee mugs. Frazer Town has a specific kind of energy, and we like being part of this community. People come by the office to talk through their ideas for parties or weddings, and we just sit down and figure out the logistics. There’s no big sales pitch here. We just tell people what can be done and what might be a bit difficult given their budget or the venue. We handle the paperwork and the headaches so the clients don't have to. It’s a lot of coordination, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know the ropes.
