Events & Promotions

We spend a lot of our time over here in C V Raman Nagar. Our spot is right by the Income Tax area, at 106/B, so it is usually pretty busy with people coming and going all day long. Events & Promotions has been around for a bit, mostly just handling the stuff people need when they want to put something together. It isn’t always fancy work. Sometimes it is just a lot of phone calls and making sure the chairs arrive on time or the posters look okay. We are a small group and the office gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of supplies piled up. You can usually find one of us drinking tea and looking at a clipboard. The traffic near the tax office can be a real pain in the afternoon, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be some huge corporation with glass walls. It is just a regular office where we try to keep things organized. Most days involve checking lists and talking to vendors who we’ve known for years. Sometimes things go wrong, like a printer jamming when we need a schedule, but that is just how it is. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is close by. If you walk past 106/B, you’ll probably see us hauling boxes or sitting at the desks trying to figure out a floor plan. It is simple work, really. We just show up and do it.
