Event Organisers

We are based out of Sarakki Gate 20, right on the Agrahara Dasarahalli Kanakapura Main Road. It’s a very busy spot with a lot of noise from the traffic. We spend our time trying to organize things for different gatherings. Our office is mostly full of clipboards and lists. We have a few people who help us out when things get really busy. Usually, we are on our mobile phones trying to track down a truck or a person who was supposed to show up. It’s a lot of coordination. We don't use any fancy software, just a lot of notes and a good memory. The main road is always a mess, so we have to plan our travel carefully. We’ve seen a lot of changes around here over the years. We started this because we liked being in the middle of the action. It isn't always easy, and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, but we figure it out. We don't have a polished pitch for people. We just tell them what we can do and then we go out and do it. We might be a bit dusty from being on site all day, but that’s just part of the job. We are just regular people working hard in this part of the city to get things sorted for folks. It is noisy and loud but it is our home. We stay focused on the work. Every day is a new challenge for us. We like the hustle and bustle.
