Esteem

Our office, which we call Esteem, is located in Srinivasa Reddy Layout in R.M Nagar, Bangalore-16. We are on the 3rd Cross. It is a very local setup, nothing fancy or polished. We have been operating from this spot for quite some time now. The office is basically just a few rooms where we get our daily work done. We don't have a big corporate structure with managers for every little thing. It is just a small team of us. We know our work well and we just get on with it. R.M Nagar is a decent area, mostly houses and small businesses. It’s not as loud as the city center, which we appreciate. Our workspace is pretty basic. We have our computers, some old chairs, and a small table for lunch. We don’t see the point in spending a lot of money on decorations. We would rather just focus on the tasks we have for the day. If someone needs to talk to us, they just come over or give us a call. We don't have a complicated phone system or anything like that. We try to keep things as simple as possible. It’s a practical way to work and it keeps our heads clear. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs right and stay consistent for our regulars.
