Esteban Cellular Services

Our shop, Esteban Cellular Services, is located at Vijay Nagar Road 11 in JP 1st Phase. It’s a small place dedicated to fixing phones and getting mobile services sorted out. We spend a lot of our time looking through magnifying glasses at tiny parts and trying to figure out why a screen won't turn on. The shop isn't very big, so it gets crowded quickly if more than two or three customers come in at the same time. We have tools scattered all over the workbench, and there’s usually a pile of old phone cases in the corner. People bring in their phones with cracked screens or batteries that don't hold a charge anymore. It's fiddly work and takes a lot of patience. JP 1st Phase is a lively area, so there’s always noise coming in from the street. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is behind the counter. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for parts to arrive, which makes the customers a bit impatient, but we just explain the situation as it is. It’s a basic service for the local community here. We just want to make sure people can stay connected without having to buy a whole new phone every time something small breaks. We’ve been on Vijay Nagar Road for a while now and we just take each repair as it comes.
