Esses Telecom

Esses Telecom is situated at 434 Outer Ring Road in Vivek Nagar. Since we are right on the ring road, we deal with a lot of noise and traffic all day long. It is a busy part of the city and we are right in the middle of it. Our shop focuses on telecom equipment and services. We have shelves full of various gadgets and parts that people might need for their home or office setups. It’s not a very big shop, so we have to use every bit of wall space for storage. We spend a lot of time talking to customers about their phone connections or internet issues. It is a lot of explaining how things plug in and making sure they have the right cables. We aren't polished sales people. We just know a lot about how these things work and try to pass that knowledge on. Sometimes we have to go out on site to help someone set things up, but mostly we are here at the shop. The staff here is small, just a few people who have been around for years. We've seen technology change a lot since we started, but the basic problems people have usually stay the same. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep everyone connected. It is a simple life and we like being part of the local business scene here.
