Vadapalani is a pretty crowded part of town, so finding a quiet moment is actually quite rare around here. Our building is tucked away on a street that gets a lot of foot traffic every single day. We spend our time working on different types of industrial moulds. It’s the kind of job where your hands stay dirty most of the day, but we don't mind that. The machines make a constant humming noise that you eventually stop noticing after working here for a few weeks. We don’t have a marketing team or a fancy reception area. Most of the space is dedicated to the actual work. Usually, there are pieces of metal and tools scattered around the workbenches. We try to keep things organized, but when we’re busy, it gets a bit messy. The guys who work here have been doing this for a long time now. We’re more of a small crew than some big company. We know the local shops and where to get the best snacks in the afternoon.
