We’ve been here at 188 on 72nd Cross in Kumaraswamy Layout for a while now. Most days just start with the same routine of opening up the office and getting the computers going. Ermg Mgt Consultancy is just us doing management consulting for people who need it. It gets a bit busy around here in Bangalore, especially with the traffic outside on the main roads, but our spot in the layout is alright. We have a few desks and some files we go through every morning. It isn’t fancy or anything like those big corporate buildings downtown. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it and keep working on the client stuff. We usually take a lunch break nearby at one of the small shops. People come by to talk about their business problems and we try to sort them out. It's mostly just paperwork and phone calls throughout the afternoon. We don’t really do big ads or anything, just work with whoever walks in or calls us up. By the time evening rolls around, we’re just finishing up the last of the emails. It is a simple place to work and we’ve gotten used to the noise from the street. Kumaraswamy Layout is a decent area to be based out of. We keep things pretty straightforward here without much fuss.
