Our office is tucked away on 10th Main Road in Nagendra Block. If you know the Bsk III Stage area at all, you know it is a mix of older houses and small businesses. Ermg Management Consulting is not one of those big, flashy firms you see in the city center. We mostly sit at our desks and look at spreadsheets or talk on the phone with various clients. It is quiet enough for us to get things done without too many distractions from the street. Most of us have lived in Bangalore for a long time, so we know the traffic patterns well enough to avoid the worst of the jams. The 251 building is where we spend the majority of our daylight hours. We handle a lot of consulting stuff, mostly helping people figure out their business problems or their tax situations. It is not the kind of thing you can explain in just a few seconds. Sometimes the power goes out unexpectedly and we have to wait for the backup generator to kick in, but that is just how things go around here. We are not wearing fancy suits every day unless there is a very big meeting on the schedule. Usually, it is just regular clothes and a lot of focus. People come to us when they need an outside perspective on their numbers. We do not promise any miracles, just hard work. We lock up in the evening and head home.
