Our place is over in Jayanagar, specifically the 9th Block area. Ermg Management Consulting Pvt Ltd has been based at 1128 on 26th B Main Road for some time. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, so there’s always something happening outside the windows. We spend a lot of our time looking at spreadsheets and talking through different projects. It isn’t always the most exciting work to explain to outsiders, but it keeps us busy. The office is tucked away in a spot that feels quite local. We aren't tucked into some massive glass IT park. It’s more of a neighborhood feel here. Sometimes we have to hunt for parking on the street if the morning rush is particularly bad. Inside, we have our desks set up and we just get on with the consulting work. It's a small team usually. We know the tea stall guy down the road pretty well by now. We’ve found that being in Jayanagar-69 suits the way we work. It’s central enough but still feels like a real part of the city where people actually live. We don't do anything too flashy. We just handle the management stuff that comes our way. The building is older but it serves its purpose for what we do. Every day is a bit different depending on which client calls us, but the location stays the same. We just keep plugging away without any big corporate fuss.
