Ermg Consultancy, Bangalore

Ermg Consultancy is located in Bangalore at a place called Sri Villa. Our actual address is No-11 on the 14th Cross, which is off the 35th Main in J.P. Nagar. It’s a nice part of the city to be in. We’ve been operating here for a few years now. The office is basically a converted house, so it has a bit of a homey feel to it. We don't have a giant sign or anything, just a small one by the gate. We do various types of consultancy work, which means our days are never quite the same. Some days we are buried in research, and other days we are meeting with people to discuss their projects. J.P. Nagar is a busy area, but our street stays relatively quiet. We like the fact that we can walk to the local market if we need anything. There’s no corporate dress code here; we just wear what’s comfortable for the weather. We aren't trying to be some high-flying international firm. We just want to do good work for the people who hire us. Sometimes the power goes out or the water is a bit funny, but we just deal with it like everyone else in the neighborhood. It’s a practical way to run a consultancy. We’re just a small team trying to make a living.
