Equiscent

So, right now we are operating out of Malleshwaram. If you know the area, we are on 6th Cross, right opposite the SSLC Board building. It’s a landmark everyone knows around here, which makes it easy to give directions. Malleshwaram has that old Bangalore feel to it, with the big trees and the smell of jasmine and tiffin rooms nearby. Our space, Equiscent, is just a modest setup. We don't have any big neon signs or anything like that. It’s mostly just a few rooms where we keep our stuff and handle our daily business. The 6th Cross gets pretty crowded with people heading to the board office, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We usually start our day by opening up the windows to let some air in before it gets too hot. There’s a small place nearby that makes the best filter coffee, and one of us usually runs out to get a round for everyone in the mid-morning. We don’t really follow a strict corporate code here. If something needs doing, we just do it. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of deliveries or visitors, but we make it work by moving some chairs around. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors quite well. It’s a very local way of doing things, and being right in the heart of Malleshwaram suits our pace perfectly. We just keep our heads down and work.
