E-Quest

E-Quest is based out of Bangalore. It’s a big city, but we’ve managed to find our own little niche here. Since we don't have a giant office with a glowing sign on top of a skyscraper, it feels more personal. It’s more of a modest setup where a handful of us get together to work on various projects. Some days are quieter than others. Handling a lot of different things, mostly just helping other businesses figure stuff out, keeps us engaged. Bangalore is full of companies like ours, but we just try to do our own thing without worrying about what everyone else is doing. There’s no big corporate vibe here. Most days we wear casual clothes and talk like normal people. If things get stressful, taking a walk down the street to clear our heads usually helps. The city has a lot of energy, and we try to feed off that when we can. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out, but that’s just part of being in this city. Making big promises or using fancy words to describe what we do isn't our style. We just show up every morning and see what needs to be done. It’s a simple way to run a business. Independence is something we like. It’s not a perfect setup, but it’s ours. We’ve been at this for a while and we’re still here, which counts for something in this competitive town. We just keep going.
