Our office is over in Chinnayanpalya, right by the Mico Back Gate in the Wilson Garden Audogodi area. Enlist Management Consulting Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this spot for some time. It is a bit of a tucked-away location, but anyone familiar with the back gate of Mico knows where to find us. We spend most of our days here looking at resumes and talking to people about different jobs. It can get a little loud outside with the traffic moving toward the gate, but inside it stays pretty focused. We are not a big flashy firm with glass walls and expensive rugs. It is just a basic office where we do the consulting work that needs to be done. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of files. People come by for interviews or just to drop off papers. The walk from the main road is not too long, so it is convenient for folks taking the bus. Being near Wilson Garden makes it central enough for most of our clients to reach us without too much trouble. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and start the day of calls. Enlist Management Consulting Pvt Ltd is just a group of us trying to get the right people into the right roles without making a big fuss about it. That is our daily life here in Chinnayanpalya.
