Engineers Study Circle

If you’ve ever walked down M G Road or Residency Crs Rd, you probably know how hectic it gets around there. We are situated right in the middle of all that noise and energy at Engineers Study Circle. Our spot is on the second floor of the Vinayaka Cmplx. It’s right next to the Symphony Theatre, so we always hear the crowds when a big movie is playing. Being off Mg Rd means there’s always something happening outside our windows. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, but you get used to them after a few weeks. It’s a practical space, mostly just desks, chairs, and books. We don't have any fancy lobby or a bunch of marketing posters on the walls. It’s just where we come to work every morning. The traffic on Residency Crs Rd can be a nightmare during peak hours, so most of us try to get here early. Sometimes we grab a coffee from the little stall downstairs before starting the day. It’s a small operation, really. We just make sure the lights are on and the rooms are available for the students. The Vinayaka Cmplx has seen better days, but it’s a solid building and it serves our needs well enough. We’ve been here for a good while, watching the shops around Symphony Theatre change over the years while we just keep doing what we do. It is just another day in this part of the city. We stay here until late most evenings.
