Our office is located at No. 225 on the 4th Main, just off the 1st Cross in Bommanahalli. Being right near Begur Road means there is always something going on outside our windows. Encourage Enterprises Private Limited has been based here in Bangalore for a while now. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, which we like. It feels like a real community. The 560068 area code is home for us. Inside, the space is pretty basic. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and a small area for coffee. It’s not one of those glass buildings you see in the tech parks. It's more of a regular place where people actually work. We spend a lot of time on our phones or looking at paperwork. Sometimes the street gets a little loud with the traffic, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't spend much on decorations because we’d rather just focus on the tasks at hand. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless it rains. When that happens, the roads get tricky. We just try to keep things moving and stay on top of our daily list. It's a small team here, so everyone knows everyone else. No one wears a suit. We just come in, do our jobs, and go home. That’s how we’ve always done it.
