Encore Events

Down here on North Street in Bangalore, things move pretty fast. Our office is at number 8, right in the 560047 zip code area. It’s a decent spot, though finding parking can be a nightmare if you don’t get in early. We’ve been running Encore Events from this building for some time now. It’s not one of those glass towers you see in the tech parks; it’s more of a real, lived-in space. Inside, you’ll find piles of folders, some half-empty coffee mugs, and us trying to keep track of everything. We spend a lot of time on the phone or running out to meet people around Karnataka. It’s a lot of running around, to be honest. Some people think running events is all glamour, but it’s mostly just checking lists and hoping the weather stays clear. We don’t have a flashy lobby or anyone in suits greeting you at the door. It’s just a small team of us who know the local area well. We like being in this part of Bangalore because it feels more like a neighborhood. There’s a tea stall nearby where we go when the office gets too quiet. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the stuff we work on goes off without too many hiccups. That’s pretty much the daily reality for us here on North Street. We just keep at it day after day and try to keep things organized.
