We are Encora Inc and we are based right here in Bangalore. Since we don't have a specific street address listed on some of our main records, we just tell people we are in the heart of the tech hub. Working in this city means you are always in the middle of the action, whether you like it or not. Our office life is pretty much what you would expect from a tech company in India. There are a lot of computers, plenty of wires running everywhere, and a constant supply of tea or coffee to keep everyone going. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing talk or trying to sound like a giant corporation. We are just a team of people who know how to work with technology. The day usually starts with checking what needs to be fixed or built, and then we just get to it. Some days are long, especially when there is a deadline, but that is just the nature of the work. Bangalore is a big city and it can be a bit overwhelming, but we’ve found our rhythm here. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to make sure everything runs smoothly. The traffic here in Bangalore is no joke, so half our morning conversations are just about how long it took to get to the desk. We don't have a lot of fancy art on the walls. It’s more about having a good keyboard and a decent chair. We are just a group of people who enjoy solving technical puzzles. We try to keep a steady pace and not get too stressed out when things get really busy.
