Encompass Events

Our Bangalore office is at 3615 A, 1st Floor, on the 6th Cross of 13th Main. We are right on the Service Road in HAL 2nd Stage. If you know the area, it is right by the main thoroughfare, so there is a constant hum of vehicles passing by. The office is a simple one-story space above some shops. We handle event management from here, which is usually a bit chaotic. There are always boxes of equipment, cables, and banners stacked in the corners. It’s not a very pretty office, but it’s where the work gets done. We spend a lot of time on our phones coordinating with venues and decorators. The team is usually out and about, so the office can feel empty one minute and completely packed the next. We don't have a fancy conference room, so we usually just pull up chairs around a big wooden table when we need to talk. Being in HAL 2nd Stage is great because there are plenty of places to eat nearby, though parking is a nightmare. We’ve had to deal with the usual Bangalore problems like power cuts and sudden rainstorms that mess up our outdoor plans. We just keep moving forward. We are just a group of people who know how to put things together and aren't afraid of a bit of hard work and late nights at the office.
