Emploi Globale is based out of an apartment in Bangalore, specifically at 304 Scion Vista. We are on the 6th Main in G.M. Palaya, which is near the BEML Hospital. Rajesh S is the one who runs things here. Since we are in a residential building, the vibe is very relaxed. It feels more like working from home than being in a stiff office building. We deal with employment and job placements, so there is always a lot of communication going on. We don't have a big neon sign outside or anything. You just come to the apartment and we’re there. Bangalore-560075 is a busy area, but our street is relatively calm. We have a small team and we all do a bit of everything. There’s no fancy hierarchy here. We just sit around and get the work done. Sometimes the lift in the building doesn't work, so we have to take the stairs, but we don't mind. We don't have a formal dress code either; we just wear what’s comfortable. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate goals plastered on the walls. We just want to help people find work and make sure the bills are paid. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We like the personal feel of being in a small office where everyone knows each other.
