Empire Restaurant Indiranagar

We’re over in Indiranagar at No.20 on CMH Road, right opposite where the old Weekender used to be in the 2nd Stage. This part of Bangalore, 560038, is always moving and changing. Empire Restaurant Indiranagar has been a fixture here for quite a while now. We see everyone from office workers on their lunch break to groups of friends hanging out late at night after work. CMH Road is always busy, so there’s never a dull moment looking out the front window at the traffic. We keep the place running with a small crew of guys who know the menu inside out. It’s not a fancy setup. We have tables that have seen a lot of use and walls that have heard a thousand different conversations. We just focus on serving food and making sure the kitchen is kept clean. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate stuff people talk about. We just open the shutters in the morning and close them late at night. Sometimes it gets really crowded and the noise levels go up quite a bit, but that’s just the energy of Indiranagar. We like being in the middle of it all. It’s a lot of work, but we’re used to it by now. People know us for being reliable more than anything else. We don’t change things up just for the sake of it. We just stay here on CMH Road and do our thing. It’s a simple life for us.
