Elangovan Biryani Paradise is right here on the 1st Main in Kamalanagar. We are located in the B.M. Jayaram Achari Building, which is pretty close to the signal if you are coming from the Basaveshwaranagar side. It’s a busy corner of the 560092 area and there’s always something going on outside. We started this place because we liked cooking biryani and noticed there weren't many spots right on this specific stretch of 2nd Cross. The building is easy to spot once you get near the main road. Most days we are just busy keeping up with the lunch rush of people working nearby. It gets quite noisy with the traffic from the signal right outside our door, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of horns over the years. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It’s just a local biryani shop where we try to keep the rice fluffy and the meat tender enough for everyone. Some people stop by on their way home from work because we’re right there at the 295/1 address. It’s a small space, so it can get a bit cramped when everyone shows up at once, but we manage to get everyone served. We don't use any fancy machines, just big pots and a lot of patience. If you’re walking past the signal, you can usually smell the spices hitting the air. We’ve been at this for a while and the neighbors know us.
