Our office is on the third floor of Kesava Mansion, which is over in BTM Layout 4th Stage. It’s a long address to write down, but once you’re here, it’s pretty easy to find. We deal with all things related to air conditioning and refrigeration. Being on the third floor means we carry a lot of tools and parts up and down those stairs, which keeps us fit, I suppose. El Shaddai is the name we went with, and we’ve been operating out of this spot for a while. The 2nd Cross and 3rd Main area is usually buzzing with activity. Inside, it’s mostly desks and a lot of technical manuals lying around. We spend a lot of time coordinating with our technicians who are out at different sites across the city. Bangalore weather can be unpredictable, but people always need their cooling systems fixed. We aren't some massive company with a call center; when you call us, you usually talk to one of us directly. We try to keep our schedules straight, but traffic in BTM can really mess things up sometimes. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just fix the machines that keep people cool. It’s a lot of logistics and technical troubleshooting every day. We just keep our heads down and do the work as it comes.
