We're based in OMBR Layout, specifically at 2BM-713. If you know Banaswadi, you know it's a mix of old houses and new shops popping up everywhere. We've been operating out of this spot for some time. It’s a decent area, though finding parking on the street can be a bit of a headache sometimes. Ekalaiva Ventures is basically just our team working through whatever projects are on the table. We don't do the whole corporate suit thing. Most days it’s just jeans and trying to figure out the next step. The office is tucked away, so it's not like people are walking in off the street constantly. We spend a lot of time on our laptops. Sometimes we grab coffee from the place around the corner when the afternoon slump hits. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of Bangalore. We’ve got our setup inside and we just get on with it. It gets a bit hot in the summers, but the fans do their job. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just doing our bit from this corner of Karnataka. It’s quiet enough to focus, which is what we need. People ask what we do exactly, and it's mostly just managing the business side of things. It keeps us busy from Monday to Friday, and sometimes on Saturdays if things pile up. It's a small team effort and it gets things done.
