Eic Ventures Private Limited is located at No. 438 in the 2nd Block of HRBR Layout. We’re on 5th 'A' Main in Kalyan Nagar. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in, with a lot of trees and a bit of a breeze if you're lucky. Our office is just a regular building, nothing that stands out too much when you're driving by. We’ve got a few rooms where the team sits and gets through the day. It’s not very modern, but it’s comfortable enough for what we need. We don’t really go for the high-tech office vibe with bean bags and neon signs. We just have the basic stuff to get things finished. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living in Bangalore. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to sound like a giant corporation with thousands of employees. We’re just a small group of people trying to make a go of it. Most of the time, we’re just sitting at our desks, typing away or talking on the phone. We like to keep things simple and direct. There aren't any motivational posters on the walls here. We just know what we have to do and we get on with it. If we finish early, we might head out for some tea nearby.
