You have to head up to the second floor at 67 South Avenue to find us. We're on DVG Road, which is always packed with people shopping, especially near Nagasandra Circle. Basavangudi is a great part of Bangalore, but the traffic can be a nightmare in the evenings. Echrome Embedded Services has been here for a bit now. Our space is mostly full of breadboards, microcontrollers, and bits of wire. It’s a bit of a mess if I’m honest, but that’s how engineering goes. We work on embedded systems and help people with their electronic designs. The windows look out over the street, so we see all the activity down below while we're trying to debug code. It gets quite warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the glass, so we keep the fans going at full speed. There's a small pantry area where we keep the kettle, and that’s probably the most important part of the office for us. Most of the people who come to see us are students or small developers working on new gadgets. We don't have a receptionist, so you just sort of walk in and find someone at a desk. It’s a practical setup, nothing for show. We just like building things and figuring out why a circuit isn't working the way it should. It’s quiet work, mostly, until something finally clicks and starts running right. Then we finally take a break.
