Eagle Nest

Eagle Nest is located on the Bangalore City Main Road, quite close to the Kempfort area. This part of Bangalore is always moving, and the traffic outside is something we have to deal with every single day. We are just a regular spot on the road where people can stop when they are tired of being in their cars or walking around the shops. The place is simple inside, with just the basic things you would expect from a local eatery. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who handle the cooking and the cleaning. We get the place ready in the morning by wiping down the counters and checking our supplies. Being near Kempfort means we see a lot of people who are out for the day, looking for a break. The interior isn't fancy, just some plain walls and sturdy tables that can handle a lot of use. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do here. We just cook the food and put it on the table. The noise from the main road never really stops, so it’s always got that city buzz. Sometimes it gets dusty because of the construction nearby, so we have to clean the floors more often than we’d like. We are just here doing our job and serving the people who pass through this part of the city. We open the doors early and stay until the sun goes down.
