E2L Foods Pvt. Ltd. operates out of 16/A, Sarathi Nilaya. We are located in the KEB Layout, on the 2nd Main and 1st Cross of Vivekananda Nagar. It’s essentially a residential house that we have turned into our workspace. Because of that, it has a very different feel compared to a standard office building. There’s a small garden in the front that we try to keep alive, though the weeds usually win. Inside, the rooms are used for different parts of the business. One room is for the computers, another for the storage of food samples. It’s a bit cramped, especially when we have a lot of new stock coming in. The kitchen is still a kitchen, which is where we spend a lot of our time talking and eating lunch. We know the neighbors pretty well, and we try not to make too much noise when the delivery vans arrive. The street is lined with trees, so it’s actually quite a pretty place to work. Sometimes the dogs in the neighborhood bark all afternoon, which can be a bit distracting. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy sign; you just ring the doorbell and someone will come down to let you in. It’s a very grounded way to run a company. We have our routines, like who makes the first pot of coffee in the morning. It’s just our little spot in Vivekananda Nagar where we get things done.
