Our shop, E S S Telecom, sits right at Gandhi Nagar Manek Nagar C4. It is a decent little spot that we’ve grown quite fond of over the years. We mostly focus on communication stuff because that is what we know. There isn't any big secret to how we run things. We just show up, open the shutters, and see who needs help. Gandhi Nagar is a pretty lively place to be, so there is never a dull moment outside our door. Sometimes it’s a bit noisy with the traffic and the people walking by, but we don't mind much. Inside, it’s just a normal shop with counters and shelves full of parts and gadgets. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. This is just us talking. We’ve helped a lot of local people with their phone issues and connections. It feels good to be part of the community here at Manek Nagar. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, but most days someone is coming in with a cracked screen or a question about a plan. We try to give them a straight answer. No fluff or complicated talk. We just do the work and hope people are satisfied enough to come back next time they have a problem. That’s the whole story of E S S Telecom really. It is just a regular business in a regular neighborhood.
