We are E Mohan Raja Industrial Services Contractors. You can find us in JP Nagar, 15th Phase. The address is 30/B on the 18th Cross, just off the 15th Main. This part of JP Nagar is a bit far out, but it’s where we’ve always been. Our place is more of a workshop than a fancy office. We have tools and equipment lying around everywhere. It smells like grease and metal, which is how it should be for the kind of work we do. We take on industrial contracts, fixing things and managing sites for different companies. Most of our guys are out at work sites during the day. Only a couple of us stay back to handle the phone calls and the paperwork. Mohan Raja is still the one in charge. He’s usually out checking on the jobs himself. We don’t spend money on ads or fancy signs. People hear about us from others in the industry. The 18th Cross is quite narrow, and it can be a real struggle to park our trucks there. We often have to move them around to let neighbors pass. We start our day very early, usually before seven. It’s the best time to get things moving before the heat starts. By the time evening comes, we’re all pretty tired but we’ve gotten things done. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to do the job right.
