We have bearings for almost anything you can think of, stacked right up to the ceiling in some places. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we generally know where everything is. The shop stays busy with mechanics and small business owners coming in to find a specific part. We spend a lot of time looking through catalogs and matching up numbers. It can get pretty dusty with all the cardboard and old stock sitting around. We don’t have a marketing team or a fancy website that works perfectly. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or helping someone who walked in with a broken part in their hand. The lighting isn't great, and the fans squeak a bit, but it serves its purpose. We have a couple of desks where the billing gets done, usually with a cup of tea sitting nearby. Rajajinagar is a crowded area, so there’s always a bit of a roar from the street traffic below. We’ve been at this for years, just selling parts to people who need them to keep their own machines running. It’s a simple trade, and we keep it that way without making things complicated or over-designed for no reason.
