We are located at 518 Indira Nagar, on the New Timber Market Road in Pune. Being near the timber market means there’s always a lot of activity and trucks moving wood around outside. Dspdesign Associate is basically an office full of people working on design projects. We spend most of our hours sitting at desks, looking at computer screens, and trying to figure out how to make a space work better. It’s a lot of drawing and then redrawing when things don't fit right. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and material samples scattered around. We don't really do the whole corporate design firm vibe. We’re just a group of people who like figuring out how things should look and function. Pune is a great city for this kind of work, and Indira Nagar is a practical spot for us to be based. We have a few plants in the office that we keep forgetting to water, and there’s always someone looking for a missing ruler or a specific pen. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we do work hard when a deadline is coming up. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of things that need to be finished by Friday. It’s about the work itself, not the image. If you walk in, you’ll just see us working away at our computers.
