Srirampuram is a busy neighborhood and we sit right in the middle of it. Dr. B R Ambedkar College Of Law is located at No 2 on the 5th Main Road here in Bangalore. We see a lot of people every day. Most are students trying to figure out their notes or rushing to catch a bus after class. The building is older and has that specific smell of paper and ink from all the books. It gets quite noisy when the lessons let out for the day. We have been here in Bangalore for a long time now. Some of the wooden desks are a bit scratched and the ceiling fans hum quite loud in the afternoons. It isn't a fancy place with glass walls or modern art. We just provide a space for people to study and get their work done. Law is hard to learn so we try to keep things simple around the office. We deal with a lot of paperwork and schedules. Sometimes the tea stall down the street is the most popular spot for everyone to talk about their legal cases. No 2 is just a regular spot on the map for most folks but for us, it is where we spend our whole day. People come from different parts of the city to be here. We keep the doors open and just handle whatever comes our way. It is a lot of reading and talking. Bangalore traffic is always a mess outside so we are used to the constant honking.
