Dossier Management Consultancy is run out of Saikrupa, house number 148, on the Road Cross in Sri Nagar, Dharwad. Potdar started this, and we have been working from this location for a good while. We handle management stuff, mostly helping small businesses around Dharwad and Hubli get their records in order. People come to the house, we sit in the front room, and we go over what they need. It is very informal compared to most places. We do not have a glossy brochure or a big marketing budget. We just have our own experience and some basic office equipment. Dharwad is a nice place to live and work. It has got a lot of history and the air is a bit better than the bigger cities. We spend our days sorting through dossiers—which is where the name comes from—and making sure our clients are on the right track with their plans. Sometimes the neighbors pop in for a quick chat. It is that kind of place. We are not looking to expand into some massive corporation. We like the way things are right now. It is a steady pace of work.
