Dosa Stop Restaurant

Dosa Stop Restaurant is tucked away in Jeevan Bhima Nagar at No.L-10. We are right by the Op Nal Quarters and the Bank Of India is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. This part of Bangalore has a lot of people living in the quarters and working in the nearby offices. We see a lot of the same people every day. Some come in for breakfast before their shift starts at the bank, and others drop by later in the evening after work. The place itself is fairly modest. We have some basic seating and the kitchen is open enough so you can hear what is going on. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or try to look like a high-end cafe. It is just a place to eat. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we spend most of our time focusing on the cooking instead. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, which is just part of living in this area. We just keep things going as best as we can. Dealing with the daily groceries and making sure we have enough coconut for the chutney takes up a good chunk of our morning. It is a small team here, mostly just a few of us doing everything from taking orders to cleaning the tables. It is a steady life and we are glad to be part of the local scene here in 560075.
