You can find us at number 5 in Rajajinagar. We’ve been operating Disha Management Consultant from this small office for a few years now. It’s a straightforward place with a couple of desks and a small meeting table in the corner. We don’t have a big staff, so things stay pretty quiet most of the time. We spend our days looking at papers and talking to clients about their business problems. Rajajinagar is a nice area with a lot of shops around, so we usually go out for lunch at one of the local spots. Our office isn't very fancy, but it has everything we need to do our jobs properly. We didn't want to be in one of those huge glass buildings downtown. This feels more like home. We handle the paperwork ourselves and answer the phones when they ring. There’s no big hierarchy here. If you come by, you’ll likely talk to the same person every time. We like building that kind of connection with people. Sometimes we get really busy and the desk gets buried under files, but we eventually clear it all out. It’s just honest work in a local neighborhood. We don't make big promises, we just do the consulting work that needs doing. There is usually a fan humming in the background while we work through the afternoon heat. It’s a bit of a climb if you use the stairs, but we’re used to it by now.
