Dilicon Solutions

Dilicon Solutions is based right here in Bangalore. Like many other small businesses in the city, we started out with just a couple of people and a few desks. We don’t have a big fancy office in one of those glass towers. We’re in a more modest building where the elevator sometimes has a mind of its own. It’s a busy place, and we are usually surrounded by stacks of papers and various bits of hardware. We spend our days trying to figure out solutions for the problems our clients bring to us. It’s not always easy, and there are days when we feel like we’re running in circles, but we eventually get there. The team is a mix of people who have been in Bangalore their whole lives and some who moved here for work. We usually talk about the local news or where to get the best lunch nearby while we work. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere, almost like a family. We don’t go in for those long-winded mission statements. We just want to do a decent job and make sure our clients are happy with what we provide. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, but we don’t mind it much because we enjoy the company. It’s just a normal Bangalore office where we try our best every day to keep things moving forward. We aren't perfect, but we get it done.
