Dhillon Roadlines

Dhillon Roadlines operates out of Lakshmipura at the Raheja Metroplex in the G J Complex. It’s a busy spot for transport companies. We spend most of our time dealing with drivers and schedules. There is a lot of talk about fuel prices and road conditions. The office is basic. We have some maps on the wall and a few old computers that still work well enough. It’s a dusty environment because of all the trucks moving around the complex. We aren't trying to look like a corporate headquarters. We are just here to make sure the loads get moved. Sometimes a truck breaks down and we have to scramble to find a replacement. That is just part of the job. We have been in the transport business for years. You get used to the long hours and the constant noise of engines. People stop by to drop off paperwork or check on their shipments. We don't have a fancy waiting room. Most people just stand around and talk shop. The G J Complex is a big place, so you have to look for our unit number. We mostly work with repeat customers who have been using us for a long time. It’s a tough business but we know how it works. We just keep the wheels turning. We might have grease on our hands or mud on our boots, but the work gets done regardless of the weather. It is what we know and we just keep at it day after day.
