Dhan Precision Pressings

We operate out of the Iti Ancillary Industrial Estate in Mahadevapura, at unit B-132. It’s a proper industrial zone, so there aren't many trees or quiet spots around. We do precision pressings here. Basically, we take metal sheets and turn them into parts using big presses. The machines make a lot of thumping noises all day long. It’s important to get the settings right or the whole batch is ruined, so we spend a lot of time staring at gauges and checking dimensions with calipers. The shop floor is always covered in a thin layer of oil, which is just part of the job. We aren't a massive factory, just a decent-sized unit with a handful of workers who know their way around the equipment. We've been in Mahadevapura for a long time, watching the area grow up around us. Sometimes the power fluctuations mess with our schedule, but we just work around it. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. We just take the orders, do the pressings, and pack them into crates for the trucks to pick up. It’s repetitive work but it needs to be done right. We just focus on the metal and the machines. Most days we're too busy to think about much else besides the next job on the list. It’s hard work, but it pays the bills and keeps the guys employed and working.
