Our place is at 9 Kalasipalyam, inside Gulab Bhawan. We are right opposite TCI on Vyaswadi Road. If you know this area, you know it’s the heart of the transport business. There are trucks everywhere and people moving crates all day long. We have a small office where we manage the transport of goods. It’s mostly paperwork and phone calls to drivers to see where they’ve reached. The walls are a bit yellowed, and we have stacks of ledgers piled up. It’s a noisy neighborhood with horns honking and loaders shouting, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who understand how the roads work around here. Sometimes shipments get delayed because of rain or a breakdown, and we have to deal with that as it comes. We’ve been in Kalasipalyam for a long time. It’s a grit-and-grind kind of business. We don't use any fancy software, just our experience and a few good contacts. People come to us because they know we are right there in the middle of the action. We handle the loading and make sure things get to where they need to go. It’s not glamorous, but it’s how we make a living. We share tea with the drivers and wait for the next load to arrive. It’s just the way things are done in this part of town. We stay until the last truck is gone.
