Devi Batteries

We are located at number 12 in Yeshwantpur. Most of the people who live around here just know us as Devi Batteries. It is a fairly small shop that is mostly filled with long rows and rows of different batteries for cars, trucks, and bikes. We have been in this specific part of Yeshwantpur for a very long time now. The street outside is always busy and crowded, especially during the early morning hours when everyone is heading to work. Our shop isn't really much to look at from the sidewalk. We just have a basic counter and some sturdy metal shelves. There are usually a few old, dusty batteries sitting near the entrance waiting to be taken away for recycling. We spend a lot of our time testing the voltage on units and charging things back up for people. It can be a bit of a greasy and dirty job at times. We handle everything ourselves without any extra help. If a customer comes in with a dead battery in their car, we check to see if it can be saved or if they actually need to buy a new one. We don’t really do any kind of advertising or promotion. Word of mouth among the residents in Yeshwantpur is usually more than enough to keep us busy every day. It has a very local, neighborhood feel to it. We know many of the regulars who live on the next street over.
