Devi Auto Agencies has been operating out of 33/1 on the M T B Road Extension for a good while. We’re right over in Journalist Colony, which is a fairly easy spot to find once you get off the main stretch. The shop is filled with all sorts of parts and supplies for cars and bikes. It’s usually pretty dusty from the road, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. We open up early because that’s when the mechanics usually stop by to grab what they need for their morning jobs. I’ve been working behind this counter for years, and I’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot around us. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us making sure the shelves stay stocked and the orders get sorted. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for a specific part to arrive, but we tell people straight how it is. No point in making promises we can't keep. The building is older, and the floor creaks a bit, but it’s home for us. We keep a ledger for the regular guys who come in every week. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it’s worked fine since we started. Most days are just spent looking up part numbers and hauling boxes around. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We just want to make sure the locals get their vehicles back on the road.
